No Job Too Large

The Adams' drainage team has a reputation for getting the job done on time, on budget and to the highest standards.

A snapshot of some of our recent work:

Tokoiti Sewage Scheme
This $700,000 project took six of our best guys a year to complete. We provided sewer reticulation for 40 properties, with a new sewer connection to each one.

Sommerset Retirement Village
This massive complex has involved Adams' drainage team building a 50-unit underground detention tank farm that controls waste water flow into the Kaikorai Stream. When we're not installing big rows of giant pipes – up to 1.8 x 2.5m in diameter – we're putting in all the sewer lines, water mains and other drainage.

The Catlins
A $350,000 contract for Clutha District Council saw our South Otago team build two commercial-sized pumping stations running the 4km from Pounawea to Owaka. This removes all the sewerage that was being previously being discharged from the local camping ground into the sea.

Jack's Point, Queenstown
The Adams team installed four commercial-sized waste water treatment systems that turn out water of high enough quality to be used for irrigation. Each system has 100 properties running into it and the discharge is dispersed into nearby reserves.
