CONSTANT FLOW

THE PROBLEM: The homeowner noticed a constant water flow coming from the external overflow pipe from the hot water cylinder.

ADAMS' SOLUTION: Our Plumber arrived at the site to investigate the constant water flow. Upon inspecting the overflow pipe, the Plumber noticed the ballcock was broken. He replaced the broken ballcock and float for the header tank and removed the access water collected in the safety tray.
