THE PROBLEM:
A customer called the Electrical department and advised the team that their hot water cylinder had been cold for a few days.
ADAMS' SOLUTION:
Our Electrician called around to check the hot water cylinder and found the element needed to be replaced. In an attempt to replace the faulty element, the Electrician found that the element had creased, and a replacement hot water cylinder would be needed. A quote was supplied and accepted, and a new hot water cylinder was installed a couple of days later—happy homeowner!
