THE PROBLEM:
Adams received an urgent after-hours call from a customer who had no power to half their house.
ADAMS' SOLUTION
Our electrician went to the site and discovered that the RCD had tripped and would not reset. The electrician traced the fault to a faulty microwave, which they instructed the customer to remove the faulty appliance. The electrician reset the RCD and ensured that the electricity had returned to all circuits.
