THE PROBLEM:
Gas deep fryers had safety issues with flames coming out the top of the fryers. The fryers were brought to our workshop & found to have faulty burners.
ADAMS' SOLUTION:
New burners were ordered from Australia & installed. The fryers were then test run in our workshop and then reinstated back into the restaurant, all running as they should
Problem solving easily.
