THE PROBLEM:
A customer called, needing a plumber to check the very low water pressure. They had also noticed that the water pump would not turn off, and they thought that the pump may need to be primed.
ADAMS' SOLUTION:
Our Plumber called the site and found an airlock in the pump. They removed the airlock and primed the pump. The Plumber checked that everything was working before communicating the outcome with the customer.
Problem solving easily.
