THE PROBLEM: The homeowner booked her plumber online on our Adams website. She was able to choose the time and the plumber to attend; because she wasn't home during the day, she opted for a twilight booking. She had a blocked sump that had now started to overflow.
ADAMS' SOLUTION: Our twilight Plumber called to the site to investigate the blockage. He found the block was located in the sewer drain and could unblock it without the help of the Adams jetting unit. They checked that the overflow had stopped before cleaning up and spraying anti-bacterial spray where the overflow had been.
Problem-solving easily.
